行星齿轮传动装置振动超标问题的分析与排除

Abstract: Under the condition of rated load and rated speed operation of a generator set, over-vibration phenomena appeared in the planetary gearbox’s bearing and the rear bearing of the generator. Through the vibration spectrum analysis, the assembling mismatch of the three planetary gears in the gearbox was found to be the main reason of the over-vibration phenomena. After dismounting, inspecting and reassembling, the assembling accuracies between the planetary gears and the internal gear rings were improved. The verification test showed that the over-vibration phenomena disappeared.

摘要: 某带行星齿轮减速器的发电机组在满负荷额定转速工况下,出现减速器轴承及发电机后轴承处横向振动偏大的故障现象。通过振动频谱分析,确定了减速器的三个行星轮的装配精度偏差是机组振动偏大最主要的影响因素。在重新拆检复装后,提高行星轮与内齿圈的装配精度,验证试验结果表明,机组振动偏大的故障现象即可消除。
