Abstract: Polyurethane is an elastomer with excellent synthesis performance, which has widely used in civilian engineer. The newest development of the polyurethane vibration isolator was systematically introduced, and the performance of polyurethane vibration isolator was also compared with that of the rubber isolator. The results show that the polyurethane vibration isolator defeats the rubber isolator at fatigue life, creep, carrying capacity, carrying region and isolation performance, etc.

摘要: 聚氨酯是一种综合性能优良的弹性体材料,目前已在民用工程上得到广泛的推广应用。系统地介绍聚氨酯隔振器的国内外研究概况,对国内研制的高性能聚氨酯隔振器和橡胶隔振器进行性能比较。结果表明,聚氨酯隔振器在寿命、蠕变、承载能力、承载范围、隔振性能等方面均优于橡胶隔振器。
