摘要: 滚动轴承的噪声对环境的影响一直是国内外工程界非常关注的问题。本文根据非线性力学和声辐射与传播理论,建立了滚动轴承在表面波纹度激励下的非线性接触噪声模型。对6202深沟球轴承进行了实例分析,研究了波纹度波数、初始幅值和最大幅值等参数变化对滚动轴承噪声声压级的影响。结果表明:波数与声压级存在着拟三角函数关系;声压级随着初始幅值的增加而变大;需要根据实际波数的情况采取不同的计算模型来确定最大幅值与声压级的关系。

Abstract: The effect of noise of rolling bearing is paid attention greatly by engineering industry. On the basis of the theory of nonlinear mechanics and noise radiation and propagation, a nonlinear contact model of noise of rolling bearing with surface waviness is established. The 6202 ball bearing is analyzed. The effect of the number of waves, the maximum and primary amplitude of the surface waviness on sound pressure level (SPL) of rolling bearing are emphatically researched. The results show that there is a quasi-trigonometric functional relationship between SPL and the number of waves. The SPL increases with the addition of the primary amplitude. Based on the number of waves., the relationship of SPL and the maximum amplitude can be determined.
