摘要: 通过建立多自由度集中参数模型分析中高频域动力总成-车身系统振动传递特性,导出悬置传递力、连接点速度与各部件结构导纳的关系,对振动单元参数进行修改分析得出影响系统传递特性的主要因素,最后提出进行动力总成振动传递系统动力学设计的有效方法。

Abstract: A simplified multiple DOFs lumped-parameter elements model is established to study the dynamic properties of vibration path in powertrain-vehicle’s system in high frequency range. The relationships among isolator, interface velocity and each component’s mobility are derived. The main parameters influencing the dynamic properties of the vibration paths are determined by component’s parameter study. Finally, effective methods are proposed to perform dynamic design of the powertrain-body vibration transfer system.
