《客车动力总成悬置系统设计研究》

Abstract: The commonly used domestic and foreign decoupling methods are introduced. A model of powertrain mounting system with six degrees of freedom is established. Aiming at the vibration problem of some passenger cars, a test and a vibrationisolation performance analysis of the original mounting system are carried out. Taking the stiffness and installangle of the mounts as variables, improvement of design is done based on the energy decoupling theories to improve vibrationisolation performance of the mounting system. The vibration test of the entire vehicles mounting system is done, and the testing data before and after the improvement of the system is compared. It is proved that the improved design is effective and rational.

摘要: 针对某客车存在的振动偏大问题,对原悬置系统进行测试和隔振性能分析,并基于能量法解耦等解耦理论,以悬置的刚度和安装角度为变量进行改进设计,改善了悬置系统的隔振性能。通过整车振动试验,对原车悬置系统改进前后的数据进行比较,证明了改进设计的有效性和合理性。
