Abstract: The commonly used domestic and foreign decoupling methods are introduced. A model of powertrain mounting system with six degrees of freedom is established. Aiming at the vibration problem of some passenger cars, a test and a vibrationisolation performance analysis of the original mounting system are carried out. Taking the stiffness and installangle of the mounts as variables, improvement of design is done based on the energy decoupling theories to improve vibrationisolation performance of the mounting system. The vibration test of the entire vehicles mounting system is done, and the testing data before and after the improvement of the system is compared. It is proved that the improved design is effective and rational.

摘要: 针对某客车存在的振动偏大问题,对原悬置系统进行测试和隔振性能分析,并基于能量法解耦等解耦理论,以悬置的刚度和安装角度为变量进行改进设计,改善了悬置系统的隔振性能。通过整车振动试验,对原车悬置系统改进前后的数据进行比较,证明了改进设计的有效性和合理性。
