《弹性非线性双质量飞轮(DMF)参数对减振影响的仿真研究》

Abstract: In virtue of the dual mass flywheel (DMF), the torsional vibration and noise of vehicle power train can be controlled effectively. And the vehicle power train can be well protected from impact loading. Taking an indigenous vehicle as an example, a kind of torsional dampers, the two-grade elastic characteristic DMF, is investigated. The influence of DMFs dynamic parameters (mass, stiffness and damping) on the function of the power train are analyzed theoretically. A three-dimensional model is built and the numerical simulation is carried out. The optimal parameters of the DMF are gained.

摘要: 双质量飞轮式扭振减振器可有效控制由发动机激起的汽车动力传动系的扭振和噪声,并在受到载荷冲击时保护传动系,针对某一国产车的动力传动系,以实际应用的某种减振器—两级弹性特性双质量飞轮(DMF—CS)的质量、刚度及阻尼建立模型,仿真分析,对总成的影响。为该车匹配该扭振减振器提供设计依据。
