动力总成悬置系统装配状态对整车振动的影响

Abstract: The influence of assembly state of powertrain mounting system on the vehicle vibration was studied. Especially, the affect of the local stiffness of the frame in the mounting system was analyzed and discussed. Analysis of an example indicated that this influence could be greatly reduced through reasonable design.

摘要: 在动力总成悬置系统理论设计合理的基础上,研究悬置系统实车装配状态对整车振动的影响。以悬置安装位置处的车架局部刚度作为研究对象,分析车架局部刚度的大小对整车振动的影响。通过一实测例子表明,在理论设计合理的基础上,正确的动力总成悬置系统装配状态可改善整车的乘坐舒适性。
