涡旋压缩机二级隔振降噪系统设计与实现

Abstract: Vibration and noise of scroll compressors of air conditioning units at the top floor of an office building in an Economic and Technological Development Zone are excessively high. The noise and vibration of the units have severe impact on the downstairs offices. Through the testing of these units, it is found that the central air conditioning unit and its pipes have no vibration isolators at all, which form an acoustic bridge between the equipment and the building and cause the spread of solid sound. Therefore, vibration isolation must be considered according to the characteristic of the solid sound spread to effectively reduce the pollution of low frequency noise. Due to the actual situation of the top floor, a double-stage vibration isolation system is considered. With the calculation, the vibration isolation system is designed, and then it is made and installed to the equipment. Finally, a good isolation effect is obtained. The average value of the noise level is reduced by 20 dB.

摘要: 某经济技术开发区办公大楼顶楼涡旋压缩机空调机组振动噪声超标。设备运行时产生的振动噪声对楼下办公室的影响较大。经测试发现中央空调机组及所有管路都未进行隔振处理,设备与建筑物间形成声桥,引起固体声的传播。考虑到固体传声的特性,必须进行彻底的隔振处理,才能有效降低其低频噪声污染。由于顶楼的实际情况,需要采用二级隔振方式。经计算设计二级隔振系统,安装后取得良好的隔振效果,噪声平均下降20 dB。
