Abstract: In this paper, the nonlinear vibration signals of a rotor system with single point local rubimpact faults are decomposed into a number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) with EMD method. The AR model for each IMF component is then established. Combining the Mahalanobis distance criterion function with KL information, an approach of time series distance analysis for the faults diagnoses is proposed. Experimental results show that this approach is good.

摘要: 针对转子系统单点局部碰摩的非线性振动信号,先进行EMD分解,对得到的每一个IMF分量建立AR模型,然后用马氏距离判别函数和K-L信息量相结合的时序距离分析方法,进行故障诊断。实验结果表明,该方法是有效的。
