《电流变液半主动悬置隔振特性仿真研究》

Abstract: Based on the original hydraulic overhang the design of the electrorheological fluiols overhang structure with a circular damping channel is carried out. Engine electrorheological fluid model with adjustable damping is established. Equation of state dynamic stiffness and damping angle are derived. The mount dynamic characteristics is simulated using MATLAB code. The simulation results are analyzed, and the effects of the main parameters on the characteristics of overhang are obtained.

摘要: 在原有液压悬置的基础上,设计出一种环形阻尼通道的电流变液悬置的结构。建立阻尼可调式发动机电流变液悬置的模型,并推导出其状态方程及动刚度、阻尼滞后角方程。利用MATLAB/Simulink软件,对此悬置动特性进行了仿真,对仿真结果进行分析,得到了悬置的各主要参数对动特性的影响。
