纯模态试验方法在车辆中仿真分析中的应用

Pure modal test method used in the vehicle research

摘要: 高速车辆结构复杂,目前通过计算机仿真获取其结构特性,仍然十分困难。获得结构动态特性,主要是靠模态试验来完成的。本文论述了一种获取结构特性的计算机仿真方法,及其实现的基本算法。运用多点激励方法及建立各测点非共振分量为最小值为目标函数的适调力方法。仿真结果表明,该方法简单,事后处理工作量小,可信度高。

Abstract: The structure of High-speed vehicle is complex, though simulation to obtain structural properties on the current computer simulation is still difficult.Modal testing is used to obtain dynamic characteristics of the structure. This paper describes a test method for structural characteristics, and its realization of the basic algorithm. Multi-excitation method is to be used and the measuring point for the minimum non-resonant component of the objective function of the adjustment force method is to establish. Simulation results show this method is simple, less post-processing work,and high reliability.
