弹性安装齿轮箱抗冲击特性时域计算分析

摘要: 以某型舰用弹性安装齿轮箱为研究对象,借助于ABAQUS软件建立弹性安装齿轮箱有限元模型,参考联邦德国国防军舰船建造规范BV0430/1985标准确定弹性安装齿轮箱的等效冲击载荷谱,并将等效的双三角波加速度冲击载荷加载到有限元模型中,应用有限元分析方法分别对有、无限位设计的弹性安装齿轮箱在冲击载荷作用下的时域响应特性进行数值仿真计算,计算得出弹性安装齿轮箱在冲击载荷作用下的加速度、速度和位移响应时域曲线,进一步分析得出限位设计对弹性安装齿轮箱抗冲击性能的影响,对弹性安装齿轮箱的抗冲击结构设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: The finite element model of an elastically supported gearbox was established by means of ABAQUS code. Its equivalent shock load spectrum was confirmed in virtue of Federation Wehrmacht vessel construction standard BV0430/85 of Germany. This load spectrum was then converted into equivalent double-triangular wave acceleration shock load and input into the finite element model. The time-domain response characteristics of the elastically supported gearbox with and without limiters were numerically simulated under the shock load respectively. The corresponding acceleration, velocity and displacement response curves of the gearbox were obtained, and the effects of the limiters of the gearbox on its anti-shock performance were analyzed. This work has some guiding significance for the shock-resistance design of elastically supported gearboxes.
