孔截面变化对厚微穿孔板吸声性能的影响

摘要: 厚微穿孔板的微孔一般均为直通孔,虽然板厚的增加使其应用范围更广,但板厚改变的同时,微穿孔板的声阻抗也会相应改变,从而导致无法达到如薄板的吸声性能。本文以10mm厚环氧树脂基微穿孔板为研究对象,通过溶芯浇注成型的方法制备具有变截面孔的厚微穿孔板并测试其吸声性能。实验结果显示当直通孔变为变截面孔后,吸声频带有所拓宽,当变为大锥形孔时,微穿孔板的有效吸声频带从300~700Hz增宽至310~830Hz,平均吸声系数从0.45增加到0.54

Abstract: The orifices in thick microperforated panels (MPPs) are normally straight holes. Although the increase in thickness extends application field of MPPs, the eventually change of acoustic impedance leads to the decline of absorption coefficient. One way to improve this deterioration is to have variable axial section in thick MPPs. In this paper, varying section MPP molded by tapered and step-shaped molding core were prepared by using epoxide resin, and their acoustic characters were measured. Results showed expansion of absorption band in varying section MPP. Compared with conventional straight hole MPP, the absorption frequency range extended from 300~700Hz to 310~830Hz, and average absorption increased from 0.45 to 0.54 for tapered section MPP.
