摘要: 对某车间冲床工作时产生的噪声与振动进行测试分析,计算其对厂界和敏感点(住宅楼)的噪声贡献,确定总体降噪量。根据噪声与振动特性分析和降噪量计算结果,结合工程实际情况,提出总体治理方案和采取的具体措施,并给出预期治理效果。该工程案例可供同类项目参考。

Abstract: The noise and vibration of a stamping workshop were tested and analyzed. The contribution of the punch noise to the factory boundary and the sensitive point (residential building) was calculated. The overall amount of noise reduction was determined. According to the noise and vibration analysis, noise reduction results and the actual engineering situation, the overall control scheme and measures were put forward, and the control effect was expected. The engineering case can be as a reference for similar engineering projects.
