摘要: 针对某款国产矿用自卸汽车噪声严重超标,依据标准展开振动噪声的试验研究,综合利用频谱分析和阶次跟踪技术,结合理论分析识别出主要的噪声源及频率特性,并有针对性地制定降噪方案。通过改进测试分析对比,验证噪声源识别的正确性,分析结果可为矿车噪声控制提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract: The noise in cabin of a domestic mining vehicle was far beyond the industry standard. Thus, according to the standard, the noise and vibration testing of the cabin was conducted. Utilizing the spectrum analysis, order tracking technique and theoretical analysis, the main noise sources and their frequency characteristics were identified. Some effective improvement strategies were proposed. Through the comparative analysis of the testing data of the improvement strategies, the correctness of the noise source identification methods were verified. The result of analysis provides a reference for the noise control of mining vehicles.
