柴油机排气系统振动特性数值仿真与分析

摘要: 使用Pro/E软件建立某电站应急柴油机排气系统的三维模型,使用HyperMesh软件划分有限元网格,导入有限元软件ANSYS中对结构进行仿真计算,得到该排气系统模态特性。在此基础上,采用谐响应模拟分析柴油机激振力并对排气系统进行振动分析,进而评价金属波纹管对排气系统的隔振效果。

Abstract: The software Pro/E was employed to build the 3-D model of a diesel engine’s exhaust system. The software HyperMesh was used to create the FEM mesh, and then the FEM mesh data was input into the finite element software ANSYS for simulation to obtain the modal characteristics of the exhaust system. On this basis, the harmonic response analysis was performed for analyzing the diesel engine’s excitation force and the vibration of the exhaust system. Finally, the vibration isolation effect of metal bellows on the exhaust system was evaluated.
