《自动平衡装置减振效益分析》

摘要: 介绍了自动平装置的研究背景,研究了三种自动平衡装置的工作原理、平衡特点和减振效益,提出了以减振倍数作为衡量减振效益的定量指标。通过对比分析得出:滚球式减振效益最好,在理想情况下,滚球可以使转子达到完全平衡,减振倍数将达到无穷大;摆锤式在理想条件下,减振倍数远大于1;充液式减振效益相比之下较差。一般情况下减振倍数是介于1和2之间。

Abstract: The background of automatic balancer study is introduced. The working principles, the characteristics of balancing, and the benefit of vibration reduction of three types of automatic balancers, the rollingball type balancer, the hammer type balancer and the liquid type balancer, are studied. It is suggested that the multiple of the vibration reduction be adopted as a quantitative index for the benefit evaluation. Comparative analysis shows that the rollingball type balancer has the best benefit of vibration reduction among the three types of balancers. In an ideal situation,the rotor can be brought to a complete balance state and the multiple of vibration reduction can reach infinity. While for hammer type balancer, the multiple of vibration reduction is much larger than unity in the ideal situation. Comparatively, the vibration reduction benefit is poor for liquid type balancer. Its multiple of vibration reduction is between 1 and 2.
