摘要: 约束层阻尼作为表面阻尼的一种方式,通常用于解决金属板状结构的振动和噪声问题。目前,通常采用阻尼材料的损耗因子、储能模量来评估材料的减振性能,但是这种方法不能直接有效地评估阻尼材料在实际应用中的所获得的减振降噪的效果。采用正弦扫描和类白噪声随机振动激励激振简支梁的方法,通过分析响应数据来表征约束层阻尼的减振降噪效果。

Abstract: Constrained layer damping, as one type of the surface damping methods, is usually applied to solve the vibration and noise problems of metal plate structures. The loss factor and storage modulus of the damping material are usually used to evaluate the damping performance of the material. But this method can not be employed to evaluate the vibration and noise control performance of the constrained layer damping effectively and directly. In this paper, a new method is introduced to solve this problem. In this method, sinusoidal scanning is adopted and the vibration of a simply supported beam is excited by the quasiwhite noise random vibration. Through the analysis of the response, the vibration and noise control effect of the constrained layer damping is expressed.
