摘要: 针对转子系统单点局部碰摩的非线性振动信号,先进行EMD分解,对得到的每一个IMF分量建立AR模型,然后用马氏距离判别函数和K-L信息量相结合的时序距离分析方法,进行故障诊断。实验结果表明,该方法是有效的。

Abstract: In this paper, the nonlinear vibration signals of a rotor system with single point local rubimpact faults are decomposed into a number of intrinsic mode functions (IMF) with EMD method. The AR model for each IMF component is then established. Combining the Mahalanobis distance criterion function with KL information, an approach of time series distance analysis for the faults diagnoses is proposed. Experimental results show that this approach is good.
