摘要: 从降低变速器啸叫声的角度出发,通过振动噪声台架试验识别出主要噪声源,分析了齿轮系统的动态激励,确定了产生啸叫声的主要激励源是齿轮副的啮合冲击;分别通过减小侧隙、增大重合度对齿轮副进行低噪声结构优化,对降低变速器由于齿轮产生的啸叫声有较好的作用。

Abstract: In order to reduce the transmission’s squeak, the main noise source of the transmission is recognized by the NVH testing. By analyzing the dynamic actuation of gear clusters, it is confirmed that the mesh impact among gears is the main actuation source of the squeak. Then, by reducing backlash and increasing contact radio, the optimization of the gear clusters is carried out. This method is proved useful in reducing the transmissions squeak induced by the gear meshing.
