摘要: 针对某型号小客车在高速行驶过程中制动时仪表板出现的强烈振动现象,采用模态试验和频谱分析方法对其可能因素进行分析研究,明确该客车在制动过程中仪表板异常振动的振源与各通道上零部件的振动水平,为正确识别振源与仪表板异常振动的原因提供实验依据,为设计人员改进设计提供参考。

Abstract: The strong vibration situation of the dashboard in braking process of a small passenger car traveling at a high speed is studied. The modal testing and frequencyspectrum methods are used to analyze the possible factors of the dashboard vibration. The abnormal vibration source of the dashboard in the braking process and the vibration level of the component parts in the vibration transmission channel are determined. The theoretical basis is then provided for distinguishing vibration source and the cause of abnormal vibration of the dashboard.
