摘要:

基于空气弹簧的冲击试验,采用等效粘性阻尼代替气滞、气粘及材料阻尼,结合控制体积方法,应用Abaqus/Explicit软件模块,分析变壁厚空气弹簧的振动冲击过程,获得空气弹簧的运动量及气囊状态量。对比试验结果表明:等效粘性阻尼及控制体积法能比较准确地描述空气弹簧的振动冲击状态,验证该方法的有效性,为气囊等类似结构的力学性能分析及设计提供一种很好的预测手段。

Abstract:

Based on air spring shock experiment, equivalent viscous damping replacing the air hysteresis, air viscosity and material damping and the control volume method, the paper simulates the vibration and shock process of the air spring of different wall thicknesses with Abaqus/Explicit software. The kinetic motion of the air spring and the airbag state are simulated numerically and compared with the experiment. Good agreement between the simulation and experiment proves that the equivalent damping and control volume method can reflect the vibration and shock state of the air spring well. This paper provide an efficient prediction method to design and analyze the mechanical characteristics of airbag and analogous structures.
