摘要:

采用ABAQUS仿真软件建立某型高弹性联轴器橡胶弹性元件的仿真模型,对其在工作状态时的轴向力和轴向位移进行分析,仿真分析结果与经典Rivlin橡胶扭转理论计算的结果相比较具有很好的符合性。论文采用的仿真分析方法对高弹性联轴器轴向位移补偿装置的设计具有一定的指导意义。

Abstract: In this paper, ABAQUS simulation software is used to establish the simulation model of rubber element of a certain type of highly flexible coupling. The axial force and axial displacement are analyzed in its working condition. The result of the simulation calculation is in accord with the calculation result by “Rivlin” theory. The method of simulation used in this paper will be helpful in the design of axial displacement compensation device for highly flexible couplings.
