摘要: 针对船舶动力轴系的安全运行考虑,开发出一套综合性的轴系振动在线监测系统,对船舶轴系等动力机械轴系工作状态进行实时监测,通过连续在线监测轴系运行的重要振动参数,及时了解动力装置和轴系的运行状况,为船舶等动力机械安全可靠的运行提供保障。以ARM加DSP为开发平台,综合应变电测、无线遥测和数字信号处理等技术开发了监测系统,并在柴油机试验台架上进行试验验证,试验结果表明该轴系振动监测系统能实现较高精度的监测。

Abstract: With the use of ARM and DSP as the platform, a set of comprehensive on-line vibration monitoring system for marine power shaft system was developed for assuring its operation safety. The electric strain measurement, wireless telemetry and digital signal processing techniques were applied. The real-time monitoring of the operation status of the shaft system can be realized with this system. Some important parameters can be obtained on time so that the operation safety of the shaft system can be guaranteed. The monitoring system was verified by the testing on a diesel engine testing bench. Results of measurement showed that the shaft vibration monitoring system could achieve higher accuracy in monitoring.
