摘要: 考虑力传递率和作动器输出力的大小,应用最优控制理论对双层隔振系统进行主动控制算法设计,确定系统加权矩阵同反馈矩阵之间的关系。求出基座受力与作动器输出力同外界激励力之间的传递函数,通过分析传递函数的幅值特性,得到加权函数中各元素对系统特性的影响,从而指导加权函数的选取以实现综合考虑多个性能目标的控制器最优化设计方法。

Abstract: Considering force transmissibility and the magnitude of actuator output, an optimal control is applied to a double-layer vibration isolation system. The relationship between the weighting matrix and the feedback matrix is acquired. The transfer function of output performance versus input disturbance is obtained. By analyzing the amplitude and frequency characteristics of the transfer function, the affect of the weighting matrices Q and R on the system characteristics is found. Thus, the weighting function can be reasonably selected. The optimal design of the controller can be realized with the consideration of various performance objectives.
