机场飞机噪声评价量及其限值的探讨

Discussion on Aircraft Noise Evaluation Parameters in Airport and Their Limited Values

摘要: 对计权等效连续感觉噪声级WECPNL作为机场噪声评价量的不足进行分析,并以此为基础提出采用等效声级Leq和声暴露级SEL两个参量作为机场噪声的评价量。从飞机噪声引起的主观烦恼度和对睡眠的干扰两个方面进行深入分析,并提出相应评价量的限制标准建议值。

Abstract: The shortcomings of current airport noise evaluation parameters, which include weighted equivalent continuous perceived noise level (WECPNL), are analyzed. According to the above analysis, equivalent sound level Leq and sound exposure level (SEL) are proposed as the new airport noise evaluation parameters. Annoyance and sleep disturbance caused by the aircraft noise are analyzed in detail. And the limitation values of corresponding noise evaluation parameters are suggested.
