高速行驶时汽车方向盘摆振的控制

摘要: 影响汽车方向盘产生摆振的因素很多,本文简要地介绍了一些影响方向盘摆振的因素。针对某款轿车方向盘摆振的现象进行原因查找,通过对其进行了道路再现试验,运用频谱分析、相干性分析和阶次分析等方法,确定引起方向盘产生摆振的问题部件,并对其进行优化。然后进行验证,试验结果表明对问题部件进行优化后,方向盘的摆振得到较大的改善。

Abstract: The factors which affect steering wheel shimmy are briefly introduced in this paper. The causes of steering wheel shimmy are investigated by road reappearance test. Frequency spectrum analysis, coherence analysis and order analysis are applied to locate some defective parts, which are optimized and validated later on. The results show that the steering wheel shimmy is reduced effectively.
