摘要: 针对悬置刚度在制造和车辆长期运行中的不确定性,利用响应面法构建悬置系统固有频率合理匹配的悬置刚度近似模型。应用区间分析方法,将区间优化模型转化为确定性模型,采用连续二次规划优化方法对所建立的非概率可靠性模型进行优化,找到能使悬置固有频率匹配更为可靠的刚度设计值。工程应用实例表明,该方法在悬置设计中具有较高的实用性。

Abstract: Uncertainty of stiffness of mounting system is a challengeable problem in manufacture of vehicles. In this paper, a simulation model of the mounting system based on the response surface method is built to solve the uncertainty conditions of the mounting system. Interval analysis method is adopted to transform the uncertainty model to a determinate model. And a quadratic programming optimization method is employed in the optimization of the non-probabilistic reliability model to obtain the reliable stiffness values. The results of a real industry problem demonstrate its practicability and reliability.
