一种动刚度的测试方法及其在动平衡中的应用

摘要:

基于Jeffcott转子,利用转子不平衡激振力与转子不平衡响应的线性关系,提出了一种不受初始弯曲影响的动刚度测试方法。利用动刚度与影响系数之间的关系,提出了基于动刚度的无试重动平衡方法。通过建立双盘单转子实验器,测试盘的暂态不平衡响应曲线,计算出全转速下盘处的动刚度,对这种动平衡理论进行了验证,实验表明这种方法的平衡效果显著。

Abstract:

A test method about the dynamic stiffness was presented in this paper, The method is base on the linear relation between unbalance vibration force and the unbalancing response of the rotor. Based on dynamic stiffness, the dynamic balancing method without trial weight was presented through the constraint between the dynamic stiffness and the influence coefficient. A double disk single rotor tester was built at first, then calculated the dynamic stiffness at different speed after getting the curve of the unbalancing respond tester .Through this work, the dynamic balance theory was verified. The result show that the method gains a significant effect.
