变频磁阻电机降噪技术研究

摘要: 新开发的某高效变频磁阻电机由于电磁激振力较大,易导致振动和噪声的加剧。在实际运行中,噪声会严重超标甚至产生共振现象。通过采用频谱分析、固有频率测试、电磁力计算等方法对该电机噪声有问题的高频段和低频段分别进行了细致的研究。探讨了各种可能的降噪方法,并提出了包括结构改进等降噪措施,实测结果表明该降噪方案是合理有效的。

Abstract: Analysis the excessive noise problems of an inverter reluctance motor,Detailed study the reason of problem frequency with the spectral analysis,the natural frequency of testing,electromagnetic force calculation method.Discussed the various possible noise reduction method and then proposed the effective noise reduction measures to solve the problem.
