摘要: 在对滚动活塞式空调压缩机的基频振动进行分析的基础上,建立压缩机振动系统的力学模型,并借助计算机技术实现较为精确的计算,对某型号压缩机进行振动加速度预测达到较高的精度,最终可用于压缩机减振的合理设计。文中还建立压缩机振动系统的计算机仿真模型,与预测算法相结合可以实现压缩机和空调管路系统的振动分析。该预测及仿真技术对压缩机振动改善及空调系统配管优化设计具有一定的实用价值。

Abstract: According to the base frequency vibration of the rolling piston air conditioning compressor, the vibrating system mechanical model of compressor was established. By use of numerical calculation, a certain type of compressor vibration acceleration forecast was obtained with higher precision. The vibration system computer simulation model of compressor was built. The air conditioning compressor and its piping system vibration were predicted. This result was useful to the prediction and simulation of compressor, air conditioning system design and pipe optimization design.
