摘要: 柴油发电机动力装置是现代船舶最重要的动力设备之一,其抗冲击性能对整个船舶的生命力至关重要。实船冲击试验是研究柴油发电机动力装置抗冲击性能的有效手段,对实船冲击试验中柴油发电机动力装置的冲击测试技术进行探讨,对动力装置的测试参数选取、传感器布置、测试系统搭建、测量数据分析进行研究,总结出柴油发电机动力装置的实船抗冲击测试方法,研究成果可应用于其它船舶动力设备的实船冲击测试。

Abstract: Anti-shock capacity of marine diesel power plant is very important for the survival of modern navy ships. Ship’s shock testing is an effective approach to study the anti-shock competence of the plant. In this article, the shock testing technique of marine diesel power plant is studied. The selection of test parameter, sensor installation, construction of test system and data processing of the diesel power plant are discussed. Finally, the shock testing method of marine diesel power plant is summarized. The result of this study can be applied to the shock test of some other marine equipment.
