Supporting Characteristics of Bearings and Their Effects on Dynamical Behaviors of Rotor System

轴承支撑特性及其对轴系动特性的影响

Abstract: Aiming at the rotor test rig,the rotor-bearing system is modeled for different types of lubrication bearings, the dynamical behaviors of the rotor system are then investigated. The dynamical stiffness and damping coefficients for different bearing key parameters are also studied. Via comparison, the dynamical supporting characteristics under different bearing parameters are discussed. With consideration of the different foundation support stiffness, the critical speeds of the rotor-bearing system are also investigated.

摘要: 对滑动轴承型式试验台转子-轴承系统进行建模仿真计算,研究滑动轴承对转子动力学特性的影响。针对同一种轴承形式,研究不同轴承参数下的轴承支撑特性,计算出相应的轴承动特性系数。通过对比分析,给出主要轴承参数对轴承动特性系数变化规律。考虑基础支撑刚度的影响,研究刚度对转子系统临界转速随基础支撑刚度的变化规律。
