Abstract: Thick microperforated panels (MPP) usually do not have such a good sound absorption feature as the thin panels do because of their high resistance and/or reactance. In order to improve the thick MPPs acoustical performance, thin stainlesssteel fibers are inserted into the orifices of the thick MPP, and their sound absorption coefficients are measured. Results show that the thin stainlesssteel fibers can widen the frequency band for sound absorption of the thick MPP effectively. When the insertion rate of the fibers reaches 50% and the usage of fibers reaches 0.75mg per orifice, the frequency band of sound absorption is 3921168Hz for the absorption coefficient larger than 0.5. While for the MPP without fiber insertion the frequency band for sound absorption is only 5301076Hz.

摘要: 厚微穿孔板因其板厚增加而无法达到如薄板的吸声性能,为拓宽厚微穿孔板的有效吸声频带,以10 mm厚环氧树脂基微穿孔板为研究对象,在孔中穿入超细不锈钢纤维并用阻抗管法测量其吸声特性,研究结果显示,超细不锈钢纤维能有效拓宽厚微穿孔板的吸声频带,当钢纤维穿入率为50%,每孔钢纤维用量为0.75 mg时,吸声系数大于0.5的吸声频带为392-1 168 Hz,而无纤维微穿孔板的吸声频带为530-1076 Hz。
