《超细不锈钢纤维对厚微穿孔板吸声性能的影响》

Abstract: Thick microperforated panels (MPP) usually do not have such a good sound absorption feature as the thin panels do because of their high resistance and/or reactance. In order to improve the thick MPPs acoustical performance, thin stainlesssteel fibers are inserted into the orifices of the thick MPP, and their sound absorption coefficients are measured. Results show that the thin stainlesssteel fibers can widen the frequency band for sound absorption of the thick MPP effectively. When the insertion rate of the fibers reaches 50% and the usage of fibers reaches 0.75mg per orifice, the frequency band of sound absorption is 3921168Hz for the absorption coefficient larger than 0.5. While for the MPP without fiber insertion the frequency band for sound absorption is only 5301076Hz.

摘要: 厚微穿孔板因其板厚增加而无法达到如薄板的吸声性能,为拓宽厚微穿孔板的有效吸声频带,以10 mm厚环氧树脂基微穿孔板为研究对象,在孔中穿入超细不锈钢纤维并用阻抗管法测量其吸声特性,研究结果显示,超细不锈钢纤维能有效拓宽厚微穿孔板的吸声频带,当钢纤维穿入率为50%,每孔钢纤维用量为0.75 mg时,吸声系数大于0.5的吸声频带为392-1 168 Hz,而无纤维微穿孔板的吸声频带为530-1076 Hz。
