综合模态测试技术在白车身减振降噪中的运用

Abstract: The basic idea of the synthetic modal test is to divide the whole structure into several substructures. The modal parameters of the substructures are obtained by means of the modal test for the substructures, and then the parameters are synthesized and the whole structure modal parameters are gained. In automobile NVH analysis, the cost and time-consuming of the modal test for whole white body are usually very high. Using the synthetic modal test method, the cost and time-consuming of the modal test can be reduced, and the precision of the test can still satisfy the engineering requirement.

摘要: 综合模态测试的基本思想是将结构划分为若干个子结构,通过对子结构的模态测试,得到子结构模态参数,再将这些参数综合,从而得到整体结构的模态参数的方法。在汽车NVH研究领域,若对整体白车身进行模态测试成本会很高,同时,工作量也会很大。采用综合模态测试的方法,在减低了测试成本和工作量的同时,还能达到工程上的要求。
