Abstract:
Test and analysis the noise of the different test points inside the car, research the distribution rule. The results show that the inner noise increase 4 dB (A) with the car’s speed increase 10 km/h. The noise between front seat and back seat has deviation, the frequency range is 125~200Hz and800~2000Hz. Wind noise can make deviation between left and right ears, the variation trend is become higher and then fall off with the speed’s increase. Sedan car’s inner noise of the back seat is better than the Hatchback car’s. These results are value of reference in noise control design of automobile.
摘要:
在不同工况下对试验样车车内的不同位置进行噪声测量和分析,研究车内噪声的分布规律。通过数据分析得出:车速度每升高10 km/h,频率范围在125~200 Hz和800~2 000 Hz,车内噪声增加4 dB;噪声在前后排座椅处存在差距,风噪声会使左右耳噪声值产生差距,差距会随着车速产生先变大后变小的规律;三厢车后排座椅噪声状况比两厢车要好。该研究结果对汽车减振降噪设计具有一定参考价值。
