动力总成悬置系统怠速隔振优化策略研究

Abstract: Design of power-plant mounting systems is mostly based on Modal Decupling at the early development process of a new case of cars. For obtaining a good mounting system, it is important to choose a reasonable coordinate system for modal decoupling and to make an effective modal optimization strategy. In this paper, the correlation between the rigid body modal parameters and dynamic engine mounting force is investigated in detail. Some general principles are proposed to improve the validity of idle shake control based on the method of modal decoupling.

摘要: 在车型早期开发阶段,模态解耦设计是动力总成悬置系统怠速工况隔振设计的理想选择。如何选择解耦坐标系,以及制定出合理的模态优化策略是获得具有良好隔振性能悬置系统的关键。本文通过对比研究动力总成悬置系统刚体模态参数与动态悬置力响应之间的关联性,指出悬置系统模态解耦设计时提高有效性的一般性规则。
