Abstract:
In order to improve the NVH performance of a vehicle, the body structure has been discussed and its strain energy has been analyses. And then, the stone crash protection coating and bitumen deadener has been optimized to have NVH performance test. The test results showed that, the sound pressure level was obvious reduced after optimize. According to the contrastive analysis of the test result between, the features of the two damping materials had been got and the optimal combining scheme had been provided. This analysis and test method could be referenced to another vehicle.
摘要:
为改善某车型的NVH性能,对其车身结构进行研究与应变能分析,对抗石击胶的喷涂与沥青阻尼板的厚度进行优化,并进行NVH性能测试。测试结果表明,噪声声压级有较明显降低。对测试结果进行对比分析,得出两种阻尼材料优化方案的特性,并给出最优组合方案。该分析测试方法能够对其他车型的NVH性能改善提供参考。
