变刚度隔振系统动力特性及仿真

Abstract:

A simplified isolator model was put out to investigate the dynamic characteristic of the variable-rate spring isolator system and the analytic solution of the variable-rate spring vibration was deduced. The time-domain and spectral response of the variable-rate system under forced vibration together with its force transmission rates were simulated. The damping characteristics of variable-rate structure were concluded according to economy, damping efficiency and force transfer rate. It is shown that variable-rate spring is more effective for vibration reduction compared with the fixed-rate one at high frequencies under the same static mounted condition. The conclusion is useful to improve the dynamic characteristics of the vibration system in engineering.

摘要:

为了研究多级变刚度隔振系统的振动规律,建立变刚度弹簧结构振动分析模型,推导对于变刚度弹簧的理论解析解表达式,计算不同刚度情况下结构强迫振动的时域和频域振动曲线,比较不同频段的变刚度弹簧和定刚度弹簧的振动情况,并对全频段的振幅有效值和力传递率进行计算,根据经济性、减振效果、力传递等方面对变刚度减振结构的特性做出分析。结果表明在保证结构强度的前提下,变刚度结构在低频段的减振效果明显好于定刚度结构,在隔振区的振动效果也明显好于同等强度的定刚度结构,同时二级弹簧还有负向限位的作用。此变刚度结构对于工程中一些刚度变化的减振结构有一定的工程指导意义。
