Abstract: The diesel propulsion system is be widely used in the dynamical system of the ship. The being vibration analysis of the drive system emphasizes particularly on the torsional vibration of the shafting. It is mostly aimed at the security of the shafting, while the effect of the structural vibration and the transfer and attenuation of the vibration energy following shafting are out of the consideration. The professional computational analysis method is short. In this paper, the researches of control technique about the structural vibration of the drive system were carried out using the elasticity couplings, rubber isolators and so on. Meantime, the virtual simulation calculation method about structural vibration of the flexible drive system was established based on the representative diesel propulsion system.

摘要:
柴油机推进系统是船舶广泛采用的动力系统,现有的传动系统振动分析侧重于轴系扭转振动,主要针对轴系的安全性,没有考虑结构振动的影响,也没有考虑振动能量沿轴系的传递和衰减,缺乏专业的计算分析方法。论文以典型的柴油机推进系统为研究对象,采用高弹性连轴器、橡胶隔振器等元件进行传动系统结构振动控制技术研究,建立了柔性传动系统结构振动的虚拟仿真计算方法。
