Noise and Vibration Analysis for Drive System of a Traction Motor

牵引电机传动系统噪声及振动分析

Abstract: Using noise and vibration analysis system, the transmission system noise and vibration of a traction motor were tested, and the characteristics of the noise and vibration were analyzed. It is concluded that the noise level increases with the rotation speed increasing mainly in the frequency range near 800 Hz, and noise of MIC02 is higher than the noise of MIC01; gearbox vibration is bigger than motor vibration. This work provides a reference for noise and vibration reduction design of transmission systems of traction motors.

摘要: 通过牵引电机传动系统噪声及振动的特性分析,采用噪声与振动分析系统对牵引电机传动系统进行噪声与振动测试,分析得出:随着转速的提高噪声值增加,并主要分布在频率为800 Hz附近,MIC02噪声高于MIC01噪声;齿轮箱的振动要高于电机振动。其研究结果对牵引电机传动系统减振和降噪设计提供依据。
