基于快速诊断的空调系统引起车内异响研究

Abstract:

Automobile air-conditioning system is one of the subsystems of the vehicle system, which is one of the causes of abnormal sound in the car. For the obviously “whining” noise occurs in the SUV when its air-conditioning system is on, transfer path analysis and incremental analysis method is applied to rapid diagnosis. The noise test analysis was taken in a real car. By combination with frequency analysis and interactive filtering technology, the main excitation source was considered to be compressor of air-conditioning system. Combined with the noise transmission path and increment comprehensive analysis, quickly find that the key radiation noise source are expansion valve and evaporator. Through taking measures to reduce vibration, effectively reducing by 2.5dB (A) of the noise SPL in the car.

摘要:

汽车空调系统是引起车内异响的主要原因之一,针对某款SUV汽车在开启空调后车内出现明显的“呜呜”异响声的现象,应用传递路径分析和增量分析相结合方法进行快速诊断。在实车上进行噪声测试分析,运用频谱分析法和声学互动滤波技术确定出引起车内异响的主要激励源为空调系统的压缩机;结合对异响传递路径和增量综合分析,快速确定车内异响的主要辐射源为膨胀阀和蒸发器。并采取减振降噪措施,有效降低了车内所存在的异响,降噪效果达2.5dB(A)。
