一种管路压力脉动抑制装置优化设计及试验分析

Abstract:

The plunger pump pipeline of marine auxiliary system has the problem of excessive pressure fluctuation. A new type pressure fluctuation suppression device are designed,which based on of energy absorbing principal of accumulator and filter principal of orifice plate. The design parameters including accumulator volume, accumulator inflation pressure, orifice plate flow area, orifice plate spacing, the hole angle, the hole number, hole diameter are optimized and tested. The test results show that: when the outlet pressure is 1MPa ~ 2.5MPa, the pressure fluctuation suppression device has better attenuation effect on different spectrum,the pressure fluctuation attenuation of plunger pump pipeline can reach 50%.

摘要:

针对船舶系统柱塞水泵等辅机设备管路压力脉动大的问题,设计出一种基于蓄能器吸能和孔板滤波原理的管路压力脉动抑制装置。根据压力脉动抑制装置工作原理,对蓄能器容积、蓄能器充气压力、开孔角度、开孔数量、孔径等参数进行优化设计,并对研制出的样机进行试验。试验结果表明:管路压力脉动抑制装置对不同频谱的压力脉动均具有较好的衰减效果,输出压力1 MPa~2.5 MPa时,柱塞泵出口管路压力脉动衰减率达50 %以上。
