摘要: 以具有单侧约束的多体动力学和经典的船舶动力学理论对船舶靠绑作业系统中的碰撞问题建模,在考虑附连水质量的条件下导出在无防护装置条件下船舶间碰撞力的计算表达式,并在此基础上进行数值仿真。为提高计算效率,仿真过程中将该非光滑系统实际约束状态的判别问题转化为一个极值问题采用优化理论求解。初步仿真结果与靠绑作业系统实测结果总体相符,说明所给出的碰撞力新算法可供靠绑补给作业时船舶抗冲装置设计参考。

Abstract: The collision between the vessels during skin-to-skin connected replenishment was modeled based on the multibody dynamics with unilateral contacts and classical marine hydrodynamics. With additional water mass taken into account the collision force expression was deduced for the vessels without anti-impact protection device, and relevant numerical simulation was presented. In order to improve the efficiency, during simulation process the identification of practical constraints for non-smooth system was converted into an extremum problem and solved with optimization theory. The preliminary simulation results were conformed to those of the relevant experiments as a whole, which proves that the new calculation method for the collision is available for the design of the anti-impact protection device.
