摘要: 通过逐步增加冲击当量的试验方法对KA-100弯曲型橡胶隔振抗冲器的冲击极限载荷进行探索,获得隔振元件的极限冲击载荷。通过ABAQUS有限元软件及Yeoh超弹模型及粘性阻尼方法分析几何非线性占主导的弯曲型橡胶隔振抗冲器的冲击极限载荷。分析与冲击试验结果吻合较好,表明采用数值仿真方法可以作为冲击大变形橡胶隔振抗冲器冲击极限载荷研究的一种有效手段。

Abstract: The ultimate shock load of KA-100 bending rubber vibration isolator was investigated experimentally. In addition, numerical simulation was carried out to simulate the anti-shock performance of the isolator. Using the Yeoh hyperelastic model, viscodamping method and ABAQUS code, the ultimate shock load of the isolator was analyzed considering geometrical non-linearity effect. Good agreement between the numerical results and experimental results proves the efficiency of the numerical method.
