摘要: 利用LMS Virtual lab软件对某空气滤清器的声振耦合特性进行分析。计算空气滤清器在模拟发动机激励下,壳体结构与空气滤清器内部声腔耦合产生的辐射噪声。并分析结构模态对辐射噪声的贡献量。为提高空气滤清器的结构特性,根据分析结果,利用Hypermesh软件中的Optistruct模块对空气滤清器的壳体进行形貌优化,提出较好的优化方案。

Abstract: Acoustic-vibration coupling property of an air filter is analyzed by LMS Virtual lab in this paper. The radiation noise by the coupling effect of the filter’s case and the interior acoustic chamber is computed when the air filter is excited by the simulated engine force. Contribution of structural modes to the radiation noise is analyzed. To improve the structural property, the configuration of the air-filter’s case is optimized according to the analysis result using the Optistruct module of Hypermesh, and the optimal scheme is given.
