城市轨道车辆车体横向振动的仿真

Simulation of Lateral Vibration of Urban Rail Vehicle Body

摘要: 为了研究某城市轨道车辆在轨道不平顺激励下的车体横向振动响应,并对车体振动情况做出评价。先对城轨车辆模型进行了简化并建立计算模型;然后对轨道不平顺进行了描述并将轨道不平顺的空间域功率谱转换为时频域功率谱;再利用PROE软件建立了车体的三维模型,用动力学仿真软件SIMPACK建立轮轨模型与车辆仿真模型。将轨道不平顺作为激扰函数,输入到轨道车体振动系统仿真模型中,从而得出车体的横向振动响应,并对车体的横向振动特性做出评价。

Abstract: The influence of track irregularity on vehicle body’s lateral vibration is studied, and the performance of vehicle body’s vibration is evaluated. At first, a simplified urban vehicle’s model is established. Then the track irregularity is described and the track power spectrum in space domain is transferred into the spectrum in time-frequency domain. The 3D model of the vehicle’s body is established with PROE software, and then the wheel-rail model and the train’s simulation model are established with the use of the dynamic simulation software SIMPACK. Finally, with the height irregularity as excitation function, the lateral vibration response of the vehicle’s body is computed. Referring to the domestic standard of lateral stability, the lateral performance of vehicle’s body is evaluated.
