摘要: 建立了有限长的圆柱管道壳体振动与声辐射的有限元和边界元的三维模型,结合有限元模态分析和实验模态分析对管道结构进行分析,将ANSYS模态分析的结果导入SYSNOIS中,利用SYSNOISE计算了流体-结构相耦合状态下的管道模型的声辐射功率级;研究了不同约束、厚度和阻尼对管道振动声辐射的影响,给出了有助于抑制管道结构振动和声辐射的建议。

Abstract: A three-dimensional model of finite element method and boundary element method for computing vibration and acoustic radiation from the limited cylindrical pipe shell has been established. The pipe shell’s modes have been analyzed by the finite element modal analysis and experimental modal analysis. The modal analysis results with ANSYS FEM software will be imported into BEM software SYSNOIS, then under the fluid - structure coupling radiation using the software BEM SYSNOISE calculates the pipeline model’s sound radiated power level and studies the different restrictions、thickness and damping for the effects of the pipe vibration and acoustic radiation. Some suggestions which can reduce structural vibration and acoustic radiation are given out.
